Are you an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and extremely process driven? Have you got a knowledge of retrofit / decarbonisation projects within the construction space? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Property Services Contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Site Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for all of the data entry, compliance and communication across site and head office.

• Prior experience working as an administrator with a retrofit / decarbonisation project is a MUST.
• Someone who thrives in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Full UK's driving license.

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the site, being the main point of contact between site and off-site teams.
• Handling all data that comes into site and ensuring that it is all being logged correctly and efficiently.
• Arrange and support construction meetings and events.
• Support the construction Director with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders and members of the supply chain.
• Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system.
• Be familiar with the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
