Job summary
A leading vehicle breakdown company in the UK is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team in Hull. This role offers a competitive salary of £38,625 plus overtime opportunities. The ideal candidate must hold at least an NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle issues, performing maintenance, and delivering outstanding customer service. - Minimum NVQ, IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) is required.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics and general maintenance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend breakdowns to diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Advise customers on vehicle issues.
- Perform vehicle servicing and maintenance.

Salary: £38,625 basic + Overtime at £27.85ph + Bonus + Company Van + Tools Provided OTE 50k+. Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Saturdays on a rota. Ref: 28767.

- Working closely with the breakdown team, you will attend breakdowns to diagnose issues and work on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road; otherwise, ensure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
- Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
- Vehicle servicing & general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
- Act as the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must have a minimum NVQ, IMI or City & Guilds Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
