A healthcare provider in Wales is seeking a Team Leader in Patient Services to manage a team of administration and reception staff across multiple sites in Llandrindod Wells. The role includes overseeing staff attendance and appraisals, contributing to effective Patient Services while promoting a supportive work environment. Applicants should have good computer skills, knowledge of Referral to Treatment rules is beneficial, and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. The post holder will be responsible for assisting, maintaining and delivering an effective and efficient Patient Services throughout the Hospital. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in Patient Services in mid Powys. The position will be based in Waterloo Road in Llandrindod Wells and will involve managing a team of administration and reception staff based across the Knighton Hospital, Llandrindod Hospital, Glan Irfon and Waterloo Road sites. This will include managing staff attendances, annual leave and completing staff appraisals. Knowledge of Referral to Treatment rules and good computer skills would be beneficial.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
