• Manage the day-to-day running of transport operations across stores, outside storage and vendor operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support drivers and transport office teams across your shift.
• Deliver daily briefs and debriefs, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Manage driver performance, compliance, and behaviours, escalating where required.
• Ensure all incidents, delays, failures, and refusals are investigated and recorded.
• Previous experience working within a fast‑paced transport environment, with confidence of managing drivers.
• Good understanding of transport regulations and compliance.
• Effective communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• CPC license – would be an advantage.

This is a full‑time, permanent role, working hours of 4 on 4 off, 6 am to 6 pm.
