The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting technical issues. Responsibilities include managing incoming queries, logging tickets, and collaborating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, experience with Active Directory, and a passion for technology. A flexible 35-hour work week with shifts is required.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Windows 10.
  • Experience with networking technologies such as DNS and DHCP.
  • Ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial contact point for all queries to the Service Desk.
  • Log and handle tickets following the Incident Management process.
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery team for issue resolution.
