Job Description:

As the Area Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our specialty animal feeds, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing top-quality nutrition solutions for pedigree livestock.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in your designated area.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
3. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to your market.
5. Train and support sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques.
6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the animal feed or agricultural sector.
• Strong knowledge of livestock nutrition and pedigree livestock requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for agriculture and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
