Material Control and Warehouse Manager

As a Material Control and Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and compliant flow of materials and goods across their operations. They operate in a complex engineering environment, requiring a keen eye for industry standards, traceability, export control, and materials handling. Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring an even distribution of workload.
  • Oversee the operations of Goods Receiving, Inventory Management, and Dispatch.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for shipments both domestically and internationally.
  • Maintain detailed traceability records for all materials in compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on key logistics indicators, including receipt and dispatch volumes, kit shortages, and the accuracy of cycle counts.
  • Ensure that all documentation and operational procedures are aligned with the Business Management System.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Production departments to address material issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Support various projects and temporary tasks across departments as required.
