A leading telecommunications company in the UK is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you'll assist customers over the phone with various inquiries including billing and tech support. You'll participate in a 15-month apprenticeship program, leading to an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
