Qualifications

• Working experience within a Service Advisor role is required.
• Ability to upsell on service work and service plans is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about service and repair work.
• Produce job cards using in-house computer systems.
• Update customers and vehicle records.
• Prepare invoices and advise customers on estimated repair costs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
