Qualifications

Customer Support Advisor

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Working days: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Role

We are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Support Advisor to join our Support Team in Boston.

This is a busy, customer-focused role where you will speak to customers daily, take phone orders, resolve queries and help grow accounts by recommending suitable products.

You will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams and other departments to ensure customers receive a smooth and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities

About You
