A prominent local employer in London is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding consumer support and care. Our established client based in Canary Wharf, London is looking to recruit temporary full time Customer Service Advisors.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and support to consumer across all contact channels.
You will be first point of contact for consumers and handle their queries for the entire range of products. At the core of Consumer Care team, you will ensure that consumers receive the quality of care expected, while following the procedures and quality processes. You will handle queries and consumer complaints in relation to these products and their consumption, as well as liaise daily with the teams with regards to order management.
The role requires you to have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers and parents in an empathetic, caring and friendly manner.
£27,040 per annum - 40 hours per week (£13 per hour)
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm / Saturday 8am-1pm
