Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager in Willenhall to oversee the planning and execution of sprinkler system installations across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of fire sprinkler standards, proven experience in managing projects, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Prepare and deliver QA documentation as required.
• Monitor project programmes to ensure client expectations and targets are met.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings as necessary.
• Promote a collaborative and positive working environment within project teams.

Skills

Knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and codes

Experience managing sprinkler projects

Ability to interpret architectural and MEP layouts in CAD

Organizational and problem-solving skills

Communication and interpersonal skills

IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Full UK driving licence
