A nurturing primary school in Greater London is seeking a reliable EYFS Teaching Assistant to start in January 2025. This full-time role involves supporting young children through play-based activities, early literacy, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. Ideal candidates will have prior EYFS experience and a passion for early years education. Competitive salary of £90-£100 per day with working hours of 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

This full‑time supply role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for early years education and a desire to contribute to a nurturing and creative learning environment.

As the successful EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils through play‑based activities, early literacy, and phonics, and by helping to create a positive classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to prepare resources, encourage children's independence, and maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere throughout the school day.
This role would suit an experienced EYFS practitioner or a committed Teaching Assistant who is keen to grow their skills within a friendly, collaborative team. Strong communication, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children are essential.
