You’ll be joining a dedicated SEND team with strong leadership and a positive working culture.

Your Role
  • Providing in‑class support to SEND students across a range of subjects
  • Assisting students during break times, lunch, trips, and extra‑curricular activities
  • Using positive behaviour strategies to support student wellbeing
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with SEND students
  • Previous experience working with SEND or vulnerable individuals in education, healthcare, social care, or youth/community work
  • Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • A desire to learn and grow – full training and CPD opportunities are provided
