Bridge the gap between data science and insight to shape how millions of shoppers experience LEGO. This parental cover role you’ll report on digital performance across 30 markets, analysing shopper behaviour, segmentation and journeys to uncover the why behind every click and purchase.
Using strong SQL skills and our in‑house data lake you’ll build datasets, create actionable insights and feed recommendations into marketing and trading strategies. Collaborating with global teams you’ll turn complex data into clear stories that drive smarter decisions. Perfect for someone passionate about digital retail and curious about what makes shoppers tick.
We’re pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
