We're seeking a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to join our Slough Community Mental Health Pathways Service. We are a multi-disciplinary integrated health and social care team, delivering joined-up support to adults with a huge range of mental health needs from moderate to complex, including psychosis, in a population that can face significant health inequalities.
Our Slough team offer a rich & rewarding clinical environment. We've an exceptional co-production network and prevention offering. This includes an in-house recovery college and a team of 17 volunteer peer mentors working within harder-to-reach communities.
You’ll use your leadership skills to mentor & supervise junior doctors and senior colleagues, plus lead quality improvement initiatives and service developments.

£15,000 Recruitment and Retention premium is available for external applicants and £8,000 Relocation allowance where applicable.
