Zusammenfassung
A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Support Manager in England. The successful candidate will oversee performance monitoring, recruitment compliance, and administrative support while assisting with training and safety compliance. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and advanced Excel skills are essential. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 and is site-based, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Qualifikationen
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and its core functionalities.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data effectively.
- Experience in development and maintenance of MI Salesforce reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and provide insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Aufgaben
- Gather, analyse and report on PM performance metrics.
- Ensure PMs follow the established recruitment process.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for PM meetings.
- Support the Operations Director in ensuring H&S standards.
- Manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
