Manitowoc, an international leader in providing premium lifting equipment with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for its UK team based in Buckingham for a Service Technician Tower to strengthen the Product Support Team and better assist our Tower customers.

Main activities in the Role

• Provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc tower crane products within the UK.
• Be responsible for providing customers with high-quality after-sales support, using your judgment to make the correct technical and commercial decisions.
• Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with product requirements.
• Provide supervision to MTW/customer-resourced erections/dismantles and parts if required.

To be successful in this role

• Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical.
• Crane experience is essential.
• Full UK driving license.
• Customer focus.
• Proactivity / Problem Solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
