MET Technician / Strip Fitter

OTE: £55,000

MET Technician / Strip Fitter details:

• Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
• Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
• Location: Daventry

We are seeking a talented and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join a leading team. In this role, you will repair damaged vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Follow correct repair techniques and produce work aligned with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and obtained a technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA).
• Previous experience as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter in a busy body shop.
• Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
• Work to high standards with up-to-date vehicle repair knowledge.
