Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing healthcare role OR prior ECG recording experience.
• Willingness to undertake training and competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard 12-lead ECG recordings in various clinical settings.
• Fit and remove ambulatory monitoring devices.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and data entry.
• Prepare patients for cardiac investigations.
• Escalate abnormal findings to senior staff.

Skills

Ability to perform accurate 12-lead ECGs and follow protocol-driven tasks

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology

Competent in the use of diagnostic equipment

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong organisational skills

Education

Experience in a patient-facing healthcare role or prior ECG recording experience
