Qualifications

• Current, clean and valid UK driving licence.
• CSCS card (skills specific), ideally with NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent trade qualification.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete snagging and defect works within bathroom pods.
• Install pipework, sanitaryware, and lighting.
• Use snagging software on tablets to record work completed.

Proficient with hand and power tools

High attention to detail

Confident using software packages

Education

GCSE level education or equivalent

NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent trade qualification
