A leading children's care provider in Greater London is seeking a Registered Manager to lead operations in a children's home. Responsibilities include managing the team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe environment for children. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and supervisory experience in Ofsted-regulated settings. Location: E11, London (Waltham Forest Borough)
Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 per annum
Our client provides safe, nurturing and high-quality residential environments where children and young people can thrive. They are looking for a Registered Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for all children. They will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements, leading and supporting the team, and fostering a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment.
