We're working with a prestigious UK Top 100 law firm to recruit a talented Risk & Compliance Solicitor for a rare and exciting opportunity within their high-performing Business Excellence team. This is a standout role for someone passionate about legal risk, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.

You'll act as a trusted advisor on the SRA Codes of Conduct, AML, financial crime, breach management, client onboarding, and internal audit, while helping to shape and implement firmwide risk strategies. With the chance to grow into a Deputy MLRO role, this is a perfect next step for a commercially minded solicitor with excellent judgement and strong communication skills.
