  • Ensure Financial Crime related referrals are prioritised and dealt with within agreed SLA’s.
  • Prompt attention to Experian alerts ensuring associated procedures are followed and findings documented as prescribed.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to the Pensions Banking Team with particular focus on developing a knowledge base of the pension sector.
  • To enable you to fulfil your role you will be required to develop internal relationships with Partnership Support, Pension Banking Team, Head of Pensions Banking and Support and representatives from our own Risk & Compliance, Payments and IT teams.

And… we are a bank so risk is a part of everything we do. We love people who take responsibility, do the right thing for customers, colleagues and Metro Bank, and have the courage to call out any concerns.
