Our General Management team is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities.

Provide high calibre executive support to the President, Emerging Markets, enabling effective leadership across diverse geographies and functions. This role manages complex executive operations, drives cadence and governance for the EM leadership agenda, and acts as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders at C‑suite level.
