Paying circa £35‑37 the Assistant Store Manager will lead a team of over 70 and a circa £8mil Turnover.

The successful Assistant Store Manager will have experience with the following:

• Experience of managing a team of over 40 people
• Experience of dealing with a Turn Over of over £4million
• A proven hands on and motivational manager
• Customer facing and operational
• Capable of bringing new ideas to the table to drive business
• Dealing with various stake holders and owners
