Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in line managing, coaching, and mentoring junior HR professionals.
  • Genuine love for fashion and ability to connect with customers.
  • Resilient and focused on solutions, with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Deep understanding of Retail business and operating models.
  • Authoritative knowledge of UKEU employment law and HR best practices.
  • Skilled in relationship building and negotiation.
  • Proficient in using HR data for analysis and recommendations.
  • Demonstrates honesty and trustworthiness.
  • History of driving own activity and demonstrating initiative.
  • Exceptional skills in trust building and managing conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a co-pilot to senior Retail leadership.
  • Lead execution and roll-out of People & Culture initiatives.
  • Use data and persuasion to influence Retail leaders.
  • Manage organizational design and restructuring for the Retail store network.
  • Lead talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Coach Retail leaders on organizational effectiveness.
  • Resolve high-risk employee relations cases.
  • Pre-empt potential sources of conflict within the Retail client group.
  • Embed processes for organizational changes and communicate benefits.
  • Influence difficult decisions with senior Retail leadership.
