A prominent hospitality venue in the City of Westminster is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section of their kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pastry production, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team. This full-time role offers competitive salary and numerous benefits, including discounts and well-being initiatives.

The essence of this combination makes up much of Fallow’s DNA, where conscious culinary creativity meets hospitality experience and passion. Fallow’s permanent home in St James’s market was established in November 2021 and has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire and GQ’s sustainable restaurant of the year and the Caterer award for ‘best new restaurant’.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Fallow, you will be responsible for running the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards in the preparation, presentation, and execution of all pastry and dessert items.
At FALLOW, we’re passionate about fostering an environment that allows everyone to thrive and prosper, regardless of background.
