A luxury retirement village management company in High Wycombe is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to ensure high-quality service for both owners and external guests. Responsibilities include taking reservations, serving meals, and maintaining a clean environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn. The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, the village has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes but also hosts external customers. As our Waiter / Waitress you’ll ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers have the highest quality of service and experience. Thanks to you, owners and the guests who come to enjoy the exceptional food and surroundings at our restaurant and bistro will get a warm welcome and a smooth, seamless service.
Whether you’re taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, or sharing a joke with regulars, you’ll deliver an exceptional service. You’ll also help service our guest suites, answer owners’ enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, help set up for special events, and keep everywhere looking scrupulously clean.
