This country manor house is splendidly adorned, with natural light flooding in throughout and celebrating the original features of the property to create a luxurious atmosphere.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
- Be joining a well-established and talented team, renowned for their service
- Have a friendly, yet professional persona; you must have previous experience of working with a high-level establishment
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front-of-house team
- Report to the Restaurant Manager and be fully responsible for assisting him in the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
- Background in high-end establishments and a commitment to achieving the highest standards of customer service
- Live in accommodation available if required
- Tronc on top of a competitive £35k salary
