A prominent hospitality venue in the City of Westminster is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section of their kitchen. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pastry production, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Fallow, you will be responsible for running the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards in the preparation, presentation, and execution of all pastry and dessert items.
