Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate to join our catastrophic injury defendant personal injury team based in our Manchester office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases, providing expert legal support and representation to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in defendant employers' liability, public liability, and motor claims. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of catastrophic injury cases, ensuring that each case is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Team

Kennedys' Serious and Catastrophic Injury team is a Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked team handling large loss and catastrophic injury claims for a range of clients arising out of motor, EL and PL accidents. The team handles cases of the utmost severity including brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injury, severe psychiatric injury, chronic pain and loss of senses across insurers, self-insureds organisations and third party administrators.

We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.

We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.
