The Role As Head of Housing Services, you will lead and inspire our Housing Services teams to deliver outstanding services in Income, neighbourhood and tenancy management including ASB, lettings and tenancy sustainment. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Housing Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our housing strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic leadership for all housing management functions, including Income, lettings, tenancy sustainment, anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood services.
- Drive performance improvements to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practice.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community engagement.
- Manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Reporting and management lead for our housing management contracts
