We're offering a unique opportunity for 2 apprentice candidates to join our Finance team and complete a fully funded qualification, gaining real-world experience across our finance functions. You'll be part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and doing the right thing—for our customers, our communities, and the environment.

What will you be doing?

You will support the development and maintenance of financial reports and dashboards, gaining hands‑on experience with reporting tools, data systems, and finance processes. You will work closely with your Team Leader and Developer to maintain and update financial reports and dashboards, reconciling errors as required. Alongside this you will learn skills in data modelling and transformation, gaining hands‑on experience with reporting tools, data systems and finance processes.

You’ll be supported every step of the way as you work towards your qualification, with opportunities to progress and shape your future in finance.

During your apprenticeship you will rotate every 9 months between the teams within Finance. This will give you an in‑depth understanding of the team and the business!

What we're looking for
  • Currently qualified at A-Level, BTEC, or equivalent qualification in Maths, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with others.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Please note that due to funding we are unable to consider applications from candidates who hold a degree‑level or higher qualification in Maths, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields.
