We're creating a new Head of Talent Acquisition role to lead our global hiring strategy and build a world-class, data-led and AI-driven TA function. - Turn strategy into results. Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to convert headcount and growth plans into disciplined sourcing strategies, capacity models, and clear priorities by function, geography, and business need.
- Lead and develop a high-performing TA organization. Define the structure, training, metrics, and development plans that enable a globally dispersed team (US, India, Vietnam, Germany) to operate with consistency, pace, and pride.
- Make recruiting predictable. Apply standardisation to scorecards, dashboards, and reporting that make the pipeline visible and the outcomes repeatable-so workforce planning is reliable and TA performance and contribution is unmistakable.
- Elevate quality and speed. Drive operational excellence using KPIs such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source ROI, and quality-of-hire-empowering recruiters and hiring managers with insights that improve decisions week over week.
- Modernize our tech and tooling. Own the recruiting infrastructure (ATS optimization, CRM, referrals, analytics, dashboards, templates, and playbooks) in partnership with HR, IT, Delivery, and Oracle HCM teams. Leverage AI to enable efficiency, accuracy and speed across all areas of the TA landscape.
- Lead with inclusion. Champion equitable, candidate-friendly processes across all levels and locations, and drive outreach strategies that strengthen representation-particularly in engineering and leadership pipelines.
A track record of building TA infrastructure in high-growth environments (process, training, enablement).
- Strong analytical mindset-comfortable with KPIs, performance insights, and AI-readiness.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning diverse priorities.
- Deep commitment to inclusive, equitable hiring practices globally.
