Overview

Are you an Administrator or Scheduler with a background in facilities, construction or similar looking to join a well‑established and reputable company, working within a close‑knit team known for its supportive environment and varied role?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing Services team within a facilities management / construction environment, where you will play a key role in coordinating engineers and subcontractors, managing client communication, and supporting the financial and operational performance of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule engineers and subcontractors, managing workloads and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, handling enquiries, escalations, and service coordination.
  • Maintain CAFM systems and client platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Support financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and audit compliance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a facilities management or construction‑based environment.
  • IT knowledge using MS Office, CAFM systems, and client reporting platforms.
  • Commutable to Dartford.

Office based 3 days a week with Hybrid flexibility.
