Start date: ideally 26 January and no later than 2 February 2026

Duration: 8 months (potential for extension and/or other future opportunities)

Time commitment:
  • 25 hours/week (spread evenly across Monday-Friday)
  • Availability during daily overlap hours from 11:30-14:00 UK time

Summary of the opportunity

We are looking for someone to join our mission-driven organization to help us scale our impact by increasing the number of our higher education institution partners (our customers). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the process for finding new leads (using LinkedIn and other tools) and driving our higher ed sales and renewals process, working closely with our founders. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in implementing new AI tools and workflow automations, gaining cutting-edge skills in digital transformation while ensuring each potential customer has an exceptional experience during the sales process. As the digital transformation progresses and time is freed up, you will integrate customer success processes and ensure that all higher ed institutions – from initial outreach to successful partnership – have an exceptional experience. Experience, knowledge and skills
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience, ideally in sales and customer service.
