• Proven experience in AI development and data engineering, with hands-on expertise in RAG and LangChain.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks.
• Skilled in prompt engineering and understanding of LLM behavior and optimisation.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Holds NPPV3 clearance (essential) and is comfortable working on sensitive government projects.
