Location: Sullom Voe Terminal / Shetland Gas Plant / Sella Ness Lodge | Shetland Isles

Salary: £18.00 per hour

Total Package Value: Up to £39,500 per annum
Shift Pattern: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off | 73.5 hours per week

Your Role

As Relief Chef Manager, you will step in during periods of leave and absence, taking full ownership of our catering operations.Your role includes inspiring teams, delivering high‑quality food, and ensuring full compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing catering team

• Deliver large-scale catering (400+ meals per lunch/dinner service)

• Manage food production and service to the highest standards

• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards

• Manage stock, control costs, and complete all required financial reporting

• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed
