Your role will include managing busy schedules, coordinating with household staff, and planning events. Job Description

Supporting this extremely busy and globetrotting family in Knightsbridge you will be a Private PA with much to offer. Dealing with very busy schedules and diaries and liaising with the household staff to keep things running smoothly. There will be lots of international luxury travel so you will have excellent experience dealing with private jets, yacht charter, luxury hotels, itineraries, visas and documentation of a Family. Planning all social activities for the family and assisting with events, birthday parties, restaurant bookings, gallery shows, theatre etc. Personal shopping, sourcing and research, wardrobe management and high end purchases, family gifts and cards, responses to invitations. Dealing with all insurances and quotes, tradespeople and dealing with paperwork with regard to the household & purchase. Sorting out all private appointments for the family and follow up with insurance claims when they arise. Assisting with schedules for the children and liaising with nannies and the household staff.

You will have 5 years+ working for an UHNW family who have an extremely busy schedule and expectations. Some out of hours when required. This is a fast paced role where you will have to juggle many things and keep ahead of the game at all times. Mostly remote but visiting the residence when required so you must be within striking distance of Central London. Calm under pressure, confident and articulate with top communication skills you will be highly organised, discreet and want to commit for the long term. Discretionary bonus on top.
