Channel Marketing Manager (UK – Remote)
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated regional channel marketing programs to build pipeline and brand awareness across the UK.
- Work closely with partners and partner teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with territory plans, sales objectives, and pipeline goals.
- Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives with channel partners and alliances, including co‑branded events, digital campaigns, and demand generation activities.
- Plan and manage high‑impact regional channel events – from conferences and roadshows to partner summits and webinars – ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI.
- Coordinate logistics, budgets, and post‑event follow‑up to maximize engagement and pipeline creation.
- Develop and manage co‑marketing and partner enablement activities to drive adoption, brand alignment, and joint revenue growth.
- Create and share marketing toolkits, campaign templates, and enablement resources tailored for partner use.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to optimise lead follow‑up, tracking, and conversion.
- Measure and report on channel marketing performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversion, velocity, and ROI.
- Adapt global messaging for regional relevance, ensuring it resonates with EMEA audiences.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling campaign copy, partner assets, and digital marketing content.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years experience delivering enterprise channel marketing excellence.
- Highly knowledgeable about demand generation and marketing best practices.
- Results‑oriented with a passion for performance measurement and analytics.
- Experience delivering engagement programmes that ensure partners’ customers continue to renew and expand.
- Proven success in executing programmes and events that drive demand, deal acceleration, return, and deliver exceptional experience for attendees.
- Content creation experience across a variety of mediums, from developing messaging platforms to creating persuasive copy for email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts, and marketing assets.
- Experience developing regional and channel plans to support account‑based marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships with channel sales and partners.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of content creation to target B2B audiences with tailored messaging.
- Experience in segmentation analysis, budgeting, and building business cases.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and how to identify opportunities to maximise demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.
- Excellent grasp of marketing performance metrics management to ensure optimal programme performance and ROI.
- Experience with Asana, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo and/or other predictive analytics tools preferred.
- Integrated marketing content creation and implementation experience.
- Exceptional event planning skills, including experience managing event contracts, BEO specifics, and creating experiences that set the brand apart.
