We work with a wide mix of artists from the UK and abroad, spanning jazz, contemporary classical, Afrobeat, electronic, soul, rock, ambient, and experimental music. Role Description

What You'll Do

• Support bookings across our existing Avalanche roster, co‑agenting acts and managing active pipelines
• Build and maintain relationships with promoters, venues, festivals and partners
• Develop your own roster – we welcome agents with their own roster and will review potential signings together
• Pitch, negotiate and secure live opportunities across tours, festivals and one‑offs
• Work closely with the Director on strategy, planning and roster development
• Maintain smooth booking workflow during a very active period
