This role offers a competitive salary up to £45k, with excellent uncapped commission potential (OTE £50k-£70k). Candidates with experience in industrial sales or engineering, particularly in automation, are preferred. The position also includes a hybrid company car, phone, laptop, and 25 days holiday plus statutory leave.

- Visit existing businesses across the South East and surrounding areas
- Develop new business in the sales of warehouse lifting and carousel solutions
- Carry out site surveys and consult the customer on their requirements, carrying out assessment, reports and recommendations
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions
- Develop a clear understanding of the business’s automation solutions
Requirements
The company are open to considering different types of individuals but it is crucial you have experience of working within the industrial sphere either in a sales or engineering capacity. You will preferably have been within a warehouse environment having sold automation or a closely associated product such as racking, forklift trucks or general material handling and be technically minded. However, ambitious individuals from other industry’s with a solid background within a sales environment will also be considered. You will need to work well on your own initiative and have an interest in the product range as well as the drive to sell successfully. In terms of location you will ideally be located across the South East/surrounding areas.

Having operated for over 20 years, out client is a leading provider of automation solutions to warehousing. Their product range focuses mainly on lifting storage solutions and one of their main solutions involves carousel technology. Covering a variety of sectors to include Automotive, Aerospace/Defence, Energy, transportation & logistics they are continuing to go from strength to strength. As part of their overall growth, they are now looking to add an additional sales person to their experienced sales team.
