The role involves screening candidates and building client relationships. You will undergo a four-week training program, with continuous development opportunities. Benchmark Staffing Solutions are looking to speak with individuals who are looking for a lucrative and exciting career within the US Construction and Engineering recruitment market. Our client is looking to onboard an Associate Recruitment Consultant to supplement their continued growth.
The Associate Recruitment Consultant will be tasked with a range of responsibilities in the early phases of their recruitment career, including screening candidates, building relationships, information gathering and qualifying job specs with clients.
The Associate Recruitment Consultant will take part in a 4 week initial training program, with continued training and development thereafter, especially within the first year.
This role is paying between 25,000 base salary but there is a significant opportunity to enhance this with commission on top.
Our client is open to Associate Recruitment Consultants with different education, background and experience but has some non-negotiables including -

- An ability and willingness to absorb new information and to use it as a building block to continuously growing market expertise
- Ambition and drive to be the best you can be. Often in the form of prior sales experience, sporting achievement or proven excellence
