The Opportunity : Education Recruitment Consultant (Schools Division)

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused consultant to join our Schools team, supporting schools across Wales.

This role would suit you if you :

• Have experience in education recruitment, teaching, or a sales / relationship-led role
• Enjoy building trusted partnerships with schools and educators
• Are motivated by targets but grounded in purpose
• Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment

If you’re a former teacher, your classroom insight will be invaluable. If you come from sales, your ability to build rapport, manage pipelines, and close with integrity will help you excel.

Location & Working Pattern

Office locations :

• AZTEC West, Bristol or High Street, Newport

Hybrid working :

• 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (after probation)
• Mondays & Fridays are team days - starting and finishing the week together across the UK
