💰 Base Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 Neg

💸 Uncapped Commission – You Control Your Earnings

🎯 Realistic OTE: £65,000 – £75,000+ (top performers earn more)

The Role: Build, Grow & Earn

As a Recruitment Consultant on our Facilities Engineering desk, you’ll operate in a candidate-short, client-rich market, covering maintenance, engineering, and technical roles across the UK.

You’ll be supported by a dedicated resourcing function, giving you the space to focus on client development, account growth, and fee generation.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships within Facilities & Engineering
  • Developing your desk through new business and account expansion
  • Delivering 360° recruitment solutions from brief to placement
