• Conduct detailed market mapping to identify and headhunt top-tier talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with impressive clients, proactively winning new business.
• Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening call to final placement.
• Lead contract and salary negotiations to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
