Job Description
An Interim Recruitment Partner to:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, utilising technology
- Screen and shortlist applicants, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the property industry.
- Partner with the organisation to look at succession planning and talent pipeline.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Recruitment Partner should have:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the property or related sectors.
- Must have exposure to client finance side of the property space
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
- Ability to start at short notice
