Responsibilities
- Drive Hiring Manager engagement within aligned business areas as it relates to Director level hiring and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for these business areas.
- Provide market intelligence and guidance on external market competition for aligned business areas.
- Ensure appropriate levels of sign off prior to commencing any job search, leading activities for any aligned Direct Recruiters.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for Director level hiring within your business area and manage all Director level temp to perm (TTP), Internal, Referral and Agency candidates. Support with Direct sourcing and hiring where required.
- Act as a key point of contact for 3rd party suppliers. Where applicable arrange agency briefings and monitor diverse candidate submissions.
- Responsible for delivering diverse shortlists and confirming diverse interview panels with the business to help drive our client’s aspirational goals related to 35 by 25 and increasing black representation to 30% by 2025.
- Attend intake meetings along with the Direct Recruiter to discuss new vacancies and agree the resourcing strategy.
- Screen CV’s in partnership with the Direct Recruiter and/or Internal Mobility Consultant to complete shortlists, in line with Hiring Manager requirements.
- Ensure the provision of a white glove service as it relates to interview coordination, including collaborating with the exec coordinators on arrangements, and supporting the candidate and hiring manager through the process.
- Engage with Hiring Managers, Direct Recruiters and/or Internal Mobility Consultants to obtain feedback through each stage of the process.
- Telephone screen TTP, Internal and Referral candidates to assess competencies, skills and experience as part of the qualification process, where appropriate.
- Review shortlisted candidates in partnership with the Direct Recruiter and/or Internal Mobility Consultant to ensure they are of the right calibre before submission to the Hiring Managers.
- Manage the offer process in partnership with the Direct Recruiter and/or Internal Mobility Consultant, including providing guidance on internal salary ranges and comparison data from recent hires in the business area.
- Successfully negotiate and close approved offers for aligned requisitions.
- Support with recruitment events and campaign work.
- Provide strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments and to understand their client’s recruitment needs – forecasting where possible.
- Project work and reporting, as given by RW management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as required.
Process and Procedure Compliance
- Manage all requisitions via the client’s ATS in partnership with the aligned Direct Recruiter and Internal Mobility Consultant.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the client’s ATS.
- Ensure compliance with all Client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc).
- Liaise with the relevant function to hand over candidates for onboarding and monitor progress to start date.
