Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established permanent recruitment desk within the water sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with sector relevant skills and experience
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and consultancy to clients and candidates
• Contribute to business development, tendering, and account expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
